主旨：TOP 5 聯盟正式協商，建議事項

說明：

因Server合併後，雙方爭議不斷，目前江娛互動公司---口袋奇兵遊戲(TOP WAR)已有設置”外交大使”正式官職，建議以後TOP 5(LNP、lGl、avsd、Waar、GER)大盟協商：由外交大使出面，相互協議，後由各盟認可後，發布世界頻道。

 

建議事項:

1.      由外交大使出面，相互協議，表示尊重外交大使職權。

2.      協商過程，建立會議記錄，表示負責。

3.      協商結果，由各盟外交大使，通知盟主，各盟盟主認可後，由第一盟外交大使，連同會議記錄，公布世界頻道，前5大盟主，在下面發文認可，以示負責。

4.      目前已有很多玩家，對於攻擊Lv1~Lv6油田、穀倉、建造設施等，感到不愉快，期望大盟間的外交大使盡快依此協議：上述地點，任何聯盟玩家停止攻擊。

5.      個人Google Blogger(https://chensetw.blogspot.com/)，可開放前5大盟主加上外交大使，共同編輯使用，作為交流，存檔平台。

6.      期望本伺服器，能夠實現：智慧和平的發展願景。

 這是Line群組的弱化塔陣 初步計畫： 1.全S685可以蓋Lv3弱塔工匠+元帥，有興趣塔陣，可先到LNP 2.如果能先知道對方服選我們哪個戰區，就可把堡壘移到Lv3遺跡旁，3位工匠在開戰前10分到遺跡堡壘蓋塔，工匠蓋好後，部隊撤回，遷城到安全區域，輪流持續蓋塔，工匠如有如有雷神兵，可以請1~2盟友配合，到預定遷城安全地，開戰前開防護罩，工匠用增援方式保護雷神兵，或是定位好聯盟礦，每次遷城落地，立即用雷神兵採聯盟礦。 3.工匠弱化塔蓋好後，元帥可在弱化塔下保護下，防守此遺跡，或用加速，攻擊S685全區對方敵軍 4.工匠需不斷持續蓋塔，確保堡壘內有2個以上弱化塔作用中，被打燒城，不要全修理，每次修理1單兵，或加速生產1單兵，蓋塔就好 5.如不知對方選擇戰區，要開戰後蓋塔，LNP主力3元帥，必須支撐到弱化塔完成(蓋塔7分:30秒，20分有效，3塔其中一個就要在到期前10分鐘拆除重蓋，確保2個弱化塔作用中) 2021.10.06 Mr.Hg 初稿
